This new highly successful team has taken over, since January 15th 2012, the leadership of all hotel's food and beverage operations including breakfast, catering services for meetings and conventions and room service .But mostly, they have the opportunity to showcase their immense talent in the NEW restaurant Chez Boulay- bistro boreal that opened its doors in May 2012.
