A new team for your gastronomic experience
It is with great enthusiasm that the Hôtel announces to its distinguished clientele a major change in its services with its partnership with the owners of the well-renowned restaurant Le Saint-Amour who will be managing all of the hotel's food and beverage operations.

This new highly successful team is taking over, since January 15th 2012, the leadership of the main dining room La Table du Manoir, catering services for meetings and conventions and room service operations. They will also have the opportunity to showcase their talent in the new restaurant Chez Boulay- bistro boreal that will be opening in April 2012 in what used to be the Resto bistro St-James which will cease its operations definitely on December 31st 2011. We are convinced that this new partnership will enable our guests to live an exceptional gastronomic experience while at the hotel either in Quebec city for business or pleasure. Meeting planners should be particularly excited by this announcement since it could give them an opportunity to improve significantly the chances of success for their next event in Quebec city. |
