Arrival time : We ask you to be at the Boutique & SPA signé PEVONIA 15 minutes before your care so you can fully enjoy your experience. We are sorry, but if you are late, we may have to reduce the length of your care.

Cancellation or modification policy : No penalty for cancellations received at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, 50% of the total amount of your treatment will be charged to your credit card.

Gratuities and taxes : All above mentioned rates do not include current sales taxes and are subject to change without prior notice. Gratuities are at your discretion.

Insurance receipts : Massotherapy receipts for insurance purposes are given upon request.

• If you believe you are pregnant, let us know. Some treatments might not be adequate for you.

• During your stay at the hotel, you have free access to the exercise room, pool, and Finnish sauna. Remember to bring your swimsuit.
